【摘要】 [目的]研究一种利用中西医结合全过程治疗糖尿病骨折及其并发症的方法,并指导临床应用。[方法]研究始于1993年,1组共200个糖尿病骨折病人,采用中西医结合治疗方法,用胰岛素及中药治疗;另外1组共200个糖尿病病人,用胰岛素治疗;第3组共200个非糖尿病的骨折病人随机选取;各组并发症阳性率被记录。[结果]采用中西医结合治疗的病人组与非糖尿病骨折病人组成的病人组统计结果无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);中西医治疗的病人组与单纯西医治疗的病人组统计结果有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。[结论]糖尿病病人的骨折和相关并发症的治疗效果可以通过贯穿治疗过程的中西医结合应用而明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore a way of treating bone fractures and their complications of diabetes by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in order to guide the clinical practice.[Method]The study started from 1993.A group of 200 diabetic patients with bone fractures were treated with insulin and traditional Chinese medicine.Another group of 200 diabetic patients with bone fractures were treated with insulin.The third group of 200 fractured non-diabetic patients were randomly chosen.The incidence rates of complications of the three groups were recorded.[Result]There was no statistically significant difference between the groups with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the group of fractured non-diabetic patients(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the groups with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the group with Western medicine alone(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Treatment of diabetes with fractures and complications can be significantly improved by the combined use of Chinese and Western medicine.更多还原
