【Abstract】 Opuntia has centuries-old history for medical and edible uses,and a lot of researches indicated that polysaccharides extracted from Opuntia have some positive effects on human health,such as preventing senescence,curing inflammation,preventing cancer and lowering the blood glucose level,and so on.The effect of extracting agent,the ratio of the solvent,extracting time,extracting temperature on extraction of Opuntia Milpa Alta polysaccharides are studied in this paper.It indicates that extraction of 0.15mol/L H2SO4,the ratio of the solvent 15,4 hours and 70℃ is the best combination for polysaccharides extraction in results.更多还原
