【摘要】 我国新型农村合作医疗制度的兴起是对原有农村合作医疗制度的替代,也是一场深刻的社会制度变迁。从新制度经济学的理论视角去分析就可以发现,合作医疗在中国几度兴废后,处在社会经济急剧转型的今天,国家选择强制性制度变迁方式去推动新型农村合作医疗的兴起是适应目前我国农村社会性质和社会制度变化的必然要求,也是合作医疗重新实现制度均衡的必然选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new rural cooperative medical system is both a substitute of the old one and a profound social institutional change. From the point of neo-institutional economics, despite of its rise and fall, the system is still necessary for our country to choose the path of enforced institutional change to develop the cooperative system in the era of rapid social and economic transition so as to meet with the requirement of rural social and institutional changes, and it is an inevitable choice in order to regain the institutional equality.更多还原
