【摘要】 大学实现永续发展必须遵循四项原则:(一)必须坚持文化属性。大学是文化单位,必须定位在文化之中,守护和创新人类文化,实施文化管理;(二)必须坚持教学为本。大学是教育机构,必须把培养人才作为中心任务,明确教学工作的中心地位;(三)必须坚持学术服务。大学是社会组织,必须通过服务社会来发展自己,又通过自身发展服务社会;(四)必须坚持自我主导。大学是独立个体,必须追求大学理想,延伸管理边界,促进大学经营。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sustainable development of universities must follow four principles:(1) it must adhere to cultural identity as it is a cultural institution which must be positioned in culture,protect and innovate culture,and implement the management of culture;(2) it must adhere to teaching as it is an educational institution which must take training the talents as its central task,and place teaching in the central position;(3) it must adhere to academic services as it is a social organization which must develop itself to serve the community and serve the community through its own development;(4) it must adhere to self-governance as it is an independent entity which must pursue its ideal,and broaden and better the managements.更多还原
