【摘要】 随着高校后勤社会化改革的深入,市场经济与旧体制的冲突日益尖锐、就餐者消费需求的提高与承受能力有限的矛盾日益突出;高校饮食服务观念相对滞后、技术水平偏低、服务质量不高、管理人员出现断层等问题制约了饮食服务工作的改革与发展。如何在后勤改革进一步深入的背景下,积极研究当前高校后勤饮食服务工作出现的新情况、新特点、新问题,主动迎接挑战,搞好高校饮食服务工作,是摆在高校饮食服务部门面前一个亟待解决的问题,也是负责高校后勤管理工作的领导应当思考的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Catering service,the focus of campus logistics,has been a hot but difficult issue in the logistic reform in colleges and universities.Up till now,all the campus catering service systems in China have taken full responsibility for their own profits and losses with independent accounting and accumulated considerable successful experiences through practice.However,with the development of the socialization of campus logistics,the conflicts between the market economy and the old system as well as the contradictions between the improvement of the consumption demand and the limited consumption capacity has been increasingly prominent.Such problems as the relatively lagging service consciousness,old techniques,poor service quality and the break in management personnel have hindered the reform and development of campus logistics.Therefore,how to study the new condition,the new features as well as the new problems in the socialization of campus logistics so as to meet the challenges and explore an effective way of improving campus catering service has been a problem demanding immediate solution for all the catering service systems in college and universities.更多还原
