【摘要】 高校贫困学生上学难已成为构建和谐社会中的一个突出性"民生"问题。浙江省在落实国家助学贷款政策、拓展贫困生资助等方面取得了一定的经验和成效;高校贫困生在身心健康、自主造血、诚信贷款等问题上也表现出了更为积极的一面。但政府、银行、高校以及贫困生本人在推进国家助学贷款等贫困生资助工作中仍存在需要进一步改进和完善的地方。更多还原

【Abstract】 The financial difficulty of university students with modest means has now been an important problem of peoples’ livelihood.Zhejiang province has made great progress in carrying out Government-Subsidized Student Loan Policy and broadening poverty students financial aiding measures.University poverty students have already presented some active factors in physical and mental health,Self-helping and honesty repayment.However,there are still some problems in Government-Subsidized Student Loan Policy and other financial aiding work for the government,bank,universities and university poverty students themselves to tackle.更多还原
