新型经编窗帘面料的设计与研究
Design and Study on a New Type of Fabric of Warp Knitting Window Curtain
【摘要】 研究并设计具有隐视、透光性能的薄型织物窗帘面料。将异形纤维和消光纤维引入窗帘面料的设计,通过特殊双面脱里考编织工艺,织得两面组织效应不同的薄型经编面料。经测试表明:面料的正反两面均能有效地吸收对人体有害的紫外线以及大部分可见光,但对光的吸收能力不同。利用其工艺正面对可见光的吸收效果明显好于工艺反面的效应,从而开发出功能性薄型经编织物窗帘面料。
【Abstract】 The introduction of abnormity fiber and the extinction fiber into the design of window blind knitting,through special two-sided toric technology,thin warp knitting fabric with different effects on its two sides is obtained.Tests indicate that the two different sides of the fabric also differ in absorbing light and both can absorb effectively ultraviolet ray which is harmful to humans and a majority of visible lights.Considering the positive side is more capable of absorbing visible lights than the negative one,the authors may research and develop this kind of hidden diaphanous thin knitting window curtain.
