【摘要】 试验以糖萜素、寡糖、柠檬酸、中药为原料,采用正交试验方法设计,得到8个配方;通过对肉鸡生产性能的比较筛选出两个优良配方并进一步研究它们对血液生化指标、免疫机能的影响.结果表明:4、6组方剂对提高肉鸡增重、改善饲料效果良好,并可以提高血清钙含量,增强AKP、GPT活性,还可以促进胸腺、脾脏的生长,提高T淋巴细胞百分率,其中6组效果最好.因此,4组、6组方剂具有在生产中推广应用的价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 8 Antifatigue functional food compound additive formulas composed of oligosaccharides,citric acid,Chinese herb medicine and widowed sugar were designed by using orthogonal design method.Four optimized formulas were obtained by analysis of results of the orthogonal test.The growth performance of the two optimized formulas was studied by weight gains effects,blood parameter and immune function in broiler chickens of indexes.The results showed that weight gains,feed efficiency(gains/feed),blood parameter and immune function were improved.The 6th trial group and the 4th trial group were significant super to the control and other trial groups.So the compound harmles feed additive formulas of 4th groups and 6th groups are valuable in application.更多还原
