【摘要】 目的研究防风黄芩汤的抗炎作用.方法采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、皮内染料渗出法以及棉球肉芽肿胀法,观察防风黄芩汤对急慢性炎症反应的作用.结果防风黄芩汤高、中、低剂量组对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性和棉球所致小鼠肉芽肿,均有显著抑制作用(P<0.05).结论防风黄芩汤具有一定的抗炎作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Fangfeng and Huangqin decoction in animals.Methods The acute-inflammation was examined in rats whose auricles and intracutaneous suffered from xylene respectively.The chronical-inflammation was examined in rats whose granuloma was induced by implanting cotton ball.Results The results showed that three groups(high dosage,middle dosage and low dosage)of Fangfeng and Huangqin decoction had significant inhibition to xylene-induced ear edema,rats skin capillary permeability and cotton-pellet granuloma(P<0.05).Conclusion Fangfeng and Huangqin decoction has an anti-inflammatory effect.更多还原
