水杨酸钠、氯霉素诱导和临床分离大肠杆菌的交叉耐药性研究

【摘要】 目的临床分留和诱导对以上菌株分别测喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类、磺胺类、大环内脂类、头孢菌素类、β-内酰胺类、氯霉素类等23种药物的交叉耐药性.方法将ATCC25922接种于含有2倍最小抑菌浓度(MIC)的氯霉素和氯霉素(含5μM水杨酸钠)营养肉汤中培养传代,可获得高耐药大肠杆菌氯霉素株(iCHL)和水杨-氯霉素株(iS-CHL).临床分离三株大肠杆菌(H1、H9、H10).结果iS-CHL株和分离株H10对17种六类药物有交叉耐药性,而iCHL株对氯霉素高度耐药,对其它不如以上4株显著.结论水杨酸钠可能激活了大肠杆菌多重外输泵而致多重耐药.

【Abstract】 Objective The cross tolerance of E.coli strains indieated and abtoued on dinical was studied on 23 medicines of quinolones,aminoglycosides,sulfanilamide,erythromycin,β-lactam,chloramphenicol et al.Methods Stable and high level chloramphenicol(iCHL) and salicylate-chloramphenicol(iS-CHL) resistant strains of ATCC25922 were abtained with serial passage on agar containing duble MIC concentration of indicated agent(chloramphenicol and 5uM salicylate).Three resistance medicine strains were abtained on clinical.Results The cross tolerance of 17 medicines was existed on iS-CHL strain and isoluted strains,The resistance on iCHL strain was existed highly on chloramphenicol,less than other strains.Conclusion Multi-drug resistant resulted from actived effluxed pump with Salicylate on E.coli ATCC25922.
