【Abstract】 Objective To study the alkaloid of trallius.Methods Using water to dissolves in order to pick-up,one part of coarse liquid was deprived pigment by active carbon.Solid-phase extraction was applied to separate the extracting liquid.High performance liquid chromatography was used to test the purity.Results There were four alkaloids in trallius and slight difference in retention time using methanol as mobile phase.Conclusion Using active carbon to deprive pigment will lower the alkaloid content.And active carbon can adsorb both pigment and alkaloid.更多还原
