【摘要】 目的了解急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)中间综合征(IMS)患者炎症因子变化情况。方法对30例IMS患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平进行检测,并与30例健康体检者(对照组)和51例AOPP非中间综合征者比较。结果IMS患者血清IL-1β、TNF-α和sVCAM-1水平高于对照组,也高于AOPP非IMS组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论IMS患者其机体内皮功能受损,巨噬细胞被活化,引起多种细胞因子的释放。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of inflammatory factors in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP)patients with intermediate syndrome(IMS).Methods We detected serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in 30 AOPP patients with IMS,and compared them with thirty healthy cases and 51 AOPP patients without complications.Results The serum levels of IL-1β,TNF-αand sVCAM-1in patients with IMS were higher than those in control group and AOPP group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions The endothelial function damage in patients with IMS can activate macrophage,which cause the release of various cytokines.更多还原
