【摘要】 我国电解铝工业的能源和资源状况并不乐观,节能减排的成果也与"十一五"的要求相差较大;电解铝的产量在逐年上升,现已成为世界最大的生产国;电解铝的总耗电量也在逐年上升,2007年已占全国电能总耗的5.61%;电解铝的用电分布情况也不合理,煤电地区多,水电地区少,铝工业的重点生产基地应向我国的西南作战略转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is not optimistic for the situation of the electrolytic aluminum industry and resources in China.It takes.a great discrepancy in real energy-saving,emission reduction and amount restricted by the 11th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development.With the growth of the electrolytic aluminum output,China now becomes the world’s lar- gest aluminum producer and makes power consumption for electrolytic aluminum go-up year after year.As a result, the national energy consumption for electrolytic aluminum in 2007 accounts for 5.61% of the total consumption.Mean- while,it is not well organized for the electricity for electrolytic aluminum distribution,for it takes a higher portion in the regions of coal electricity than those of hydropower.The aluminum industry strategic bases,therefore,should be migrated to some southwestern regions in China.更多还原
