正交设计法应用于晶体测定实验参数分析
An Parameter Analysis of the Crystal Experiment Using Orthogonal Design
【摘要】 在正交设计的基础上,通过一系列DSC测试实验,研究了生温速率、试样量和氮气流量对尿素熔点测定的影响。通过统计技术对测得的实验数据进行了方差分析,结果表明,DSC法是测量尿素晶体熔点的有效方法,在升温速率为1℃/min、试样量为1.5mg、氮气流量为50ml/min的条件下,尿素晶体熔点测定值与文献值接近,该方法可重复使用
【Abstract】 Having studied the application of DSC in the chemistry experiment,and based on the orthogonal design,a number of experiments have been systematically performed to study the effect of different heating rates,sample weights,nitrogen gas flow rates on the melting point of crystal.The best parameter of DSC experiment is provided.Results show that the DSC method is effective and repeatable for measuring the melting points of crystals,the tested value of which is close to that of the literature statistic under the condition with 1 ℃/min heating rate,1.5mg sample weight and 50ml/min nitrogen gas flow.
