【Abstract】 With the development of socialist market economy,the personnel agency system has come into being,in which "person in unit" has been replaced by "person in society".A new personnel agency mechanism is being established in colleges and universities based on the personnel relationship and personnel archives management.This thesis gives an analysis of the personnel agency system and puts forward a series of measures to better the above mentioned personnel archives management.更多还原
