【Abstract】 The previous significant financial crises in the past ten years,the serious interventions in the supervision and the regulatory authority’s lacking independence have been affecting the depth and scale of financial crises.It is pointed out in Barthel’s effective supervising principle that the independence is one of effective supervision characteristics.Based on the necessity of the independence of the financial supervision organization,this article takes the Banking Regulatory Commission as the example to analyze the present situation and discover the insufficiency,proposing some policies and suggestions to guarantee the indepence of our country’s finance supervision organization.更多还原
