【Abstract】 Balanced Scorecard is a widely used tool in organizing strategy and performance management theory.This paper is in an attempt to put the theory of balanced scorecard in the management of vocational colleges,and analyzes the process of value creating from customers,internal processes,finance,learning and maturing points of view.Therefore,the high vocational college strategy mold is conducted on this basis.Also,the author points out that it should be under the circumstances of strategic direction,full participation,management base and information system during the process of implementation.更多还原
