【摘要】 2005～2007年6月对湖北十堰市进行流行性感冒(简称流感)的病原学监测,共监测流感样病例(ILI)鼻咽拭子标本1125份,分离出流感病毒248株,阳性分离率为22.04%;经分离鉴定H1N1亚型69株,H3N2亚型66株,B型Victoria系109株,4株未能分型。未监测到B型Yamagatata系毒株,未发现流感变异株。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 2005 to 2007,the pathogen surveillance of influenza in Shiyan City was conducted.1 125 throat swab spcimens of IL1 were collected,248 influenza virus strains were isolated with the isolation rate of 22.04%.Of the 248 virus strains,69 were H1N1,66 were H3N2,109 were B/Victoria,and 4 strains can not be identified.Influenza virus B/Yamagada and variant were not found.更多还原
