荧光定量PCR检测孕妇弓形虫感染的实验观察
Experimental study on toxoplasma infection of pregnant women by fluorescence quantitative PCR
【摘要】 应用荧光定量PCR检测自然流产妇女弓形虫感染率为16.3%,正常妊娠对照组感染率为6.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。认为弓形虫感染是导致孕早期自然流产的重要原因。
【Abstract】 Toxoplasma infection rate in spontaneous abortion women was 16.3% and that of normal pregnancy group was 6.5%,there was remarkable difference between them(P<0.01).Toxoplasma infection was the significance agent of spontaneous abortion in earlier period of pregnancy.
