【摘要】 为了提高白纸板作为包装材料的强度,本文研究了纸浆性能:纸浆种类、打浆度、纸浆配比和纸页定量对纸页挺度、环压强度、耐折度、抗张强度的影响。结果表明:对于多层复合的白纸板来说,使用废纸浆对于改善白纸板的挺度有利;化学浆轻微打浆比重打浆可获得更好的纸页强度;定量越大,纸页强度越大,在不影响白纸板强度时,可以增加芯层定量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The strength of white board as packaging materials contains stiffness,ring crush compression resistance,folding endurance and tensile strength.To improve the strength of white board,the influences of pulp properties:pulp species,beating degree,pulp furnishes and basis weight on the strength of paper are studied.The results show that as to multi-ply manufacturing white board,the application of wasted pulp is good for stiffness.Lower beating degree is better than higher for chemical pulp.The strength of paper increases with the increasing of basis weight,so higher basis weight of middle ply is useful when it doesn’t affect the strength of white board.更多还原
