【摘要】 通过对来自国内外的11个杂交向日葵品种的引物筛选,发现在83对引物中有8对引物能较好的区分当中的8个向日葵品种的父母本及其杂交种,其中ORS 10#、ORS 78#、ORS 340#引物能区分多个向日葵品种。这表明SSR方法所含信息量大、灵敏度高,可用于向日葵品种纯度鉴定。此外还有3个品种未找到特异引物,需要加大引物的筛选,因此该亲本材料的收集和扩大引物的筛选是制约该方法应用与推广的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 83 SSR primers were screened on 11 sunflower samples and 8 primers were found to be able to distinguish 8 sunflower samples and it’s parents as well as hybrids well,Primers ORS 10#,ORS 78# and ORS 340# could differentiate more than one samples.The result showed that SSR was powerful to identify sunflower varietal purity with abundant genetic information and high sensitivity.However,3 sunflower varieties had no special peimer and to collect their parents samples and more primers screening were the key facters.更多还原
