3种蜡梅属植物种子活力测定方法的比较

【摘要】 用5种方法对蜡梅属(Chimonanthus)3种植物浙江蜡梅(Chimonanthus zhejiangensis M.C.Liu.)、柳叶蜡梅(Ch.salicifolius S.Y.Hu)和蜡梅(Ch.praecox(L.)Link.)的种子进行活力测定,结果表明:氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)法简单、迅速、结果稳定,是测定蜡梅类种子活力最有效的方法。溴麝香草酚蓝(BTB)法、染料法、纸上荧光法和田间发芽试验虽能测定蜡梅类种子的活力,试验效果不及氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)法。

【Abstract】 Three species of Chimonanthus, including Chimonanthus zhejiangensis M.C.Liu.,Ch.salicifolius S.Y.Hu and Ch.praecox (L.) Link.,have been selected to study on seed vigor with five methods in the summer and autumn of 2006.The results demonstrated that TTC test was the most effective to test seed vigor for Chimonanthus Lindl.for its simple,quick,and stable performance.Even though the methods of BTB,colouringsubstance,fluorescence and germination were able to evaluate seed vigor,they were less efficient than TTC.
