合肥地区野生大豆硬实破除方法的研究

【摘要】 采用低温冷胀、高温水浴、机械损伤、浓硫酸酸蚀、砂纸打磨+水引发及砂纸打磨+化学试剂6种处理方法,对合肥地区野生大豆种子进行破除硬实试验。结果表明:刀片破皮和98%浓硫酸浸种50 min效果较好,处理后种子发芽率分别达到98.0%和98.7%。本研究认为,合肥地区野生大豆硬实的主要原因是种皮不透水。

【Abstract】 Taking six treatments including cryogenic expansion,high-temperature water bath,mechanical injury,sulfuric acid etching and mechanical abrasion with coarse sand and chemical reagent(water priming),we had carried out experiments to break hard seed in Hefei area.The results showed that more effective measures are the blading pierced seeds and sulfuric acid soaking seeds 50 min.After the treatment,the germination percentage of seeds has reached 98% and 98.7% respectively.According to the fact above,the main reason for the hard seed is that the seed coat is unpenetratable with water.
