独蒜兰菌根真菌对环草石斛生长的影响

【摘要】 选择分离自独蒜兰的GN 09等6株菌根真菌与环草石斛组培幼苗共生培养。通过根切片观察证明,6株真菌都能与环草石斛组培苗形成共生关系,但其菌根结构与自然条件下的菌根结构存在差异。共生培养条件下,在根外皮层细胞中形成大量念珠状细胞,菌丝结较小。其中4株菌株的处理苗的鲜重增长率高于对照;GN 09、GN 10和GN 43菌株的处理苗增长率分别为69.8%、61.9%和81.7%,能显著地促进环草石斛生长,因此,该3株菌根真菌对于环草石斛组培苗的成功栽培具有实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 The effect of mycorrhizal fungi of Pleione bulbolodiodes Rolf on growth of Dendrobium loddigesii Rofle were investigated.The results indicate that all of six isolates can infect the germfree seedling of Dendrobium loddigesii and develope the mycorrhizal structure in the roots.But it differ from the natural mycorrhizal structure.There are many moniliod cells in exodermis cells of symbiotic cultured roots.At the same time,the fungal peloton in the symbiotic cultured roots is smaller than in the natural roots.Four single isolates promoted the growth of the seedling.The fresh weight increase of GN09 achieved 69.8 per cent,the GN43 is 81.7%,and the GN10 is 61.9%.The permination fresh weight is significantly different from the controll seedling.It is of a potential value,that these three fungi are applied to Dendrobium loddigesii Rofle cultivation.
