【摘要】 目的比较男性泌尿生殖道支原体感染病原体培养不同样本(尿道分泌物、前列腺液、精液)的差异。方法分别取尿道分泌物、前列腺液、精液为样本行两步法支原体培养,比较不同样本支原体阳性率及漏诊率组间差别。结果初诊300例中尿道分泌物样本支原体阳性219例(73.00%),前列腺液样本支原体阳性219例(73.00%),3个样本组两两间阳性比较差异无统计学意义;精液支原体漏诊率为0,前列腺液和尿道分泌物漏诊率为2.67%,3个样本组两两间比较差异无统计学意义;复查200例中尿道分泌物样本支原体阳性20例(10.00%),前列腺液样本支原体阳性40例(20.00%),精液样本支原体阳性50例(25.00%),前列腺液及精液标本分别与尿液分泌物标本比较差异有统计学意义,前列腺液及精液标本支原体阳性率比较差异无统计学意义,精液支原体漏诊率1.96%,前列腺液支原体漏诊率为21.57%,尿道分泌物支原体漏诊率为60.78%,3个标本组间两两比较漏诊率差异均有统计学意义。结论精液样本覆盖面广,支原体培养样本应首选精液。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To compare the difference of various mycoplasma cultured samples of male urogenital tract infection(including urethral secretions,succus prostaticus,and sperms).METHODS They were respectively chosen to draw urethral secretions,succus prostaticus,and sperms as samples by a two-step way of mycoplasma culture,and to compare the difference of various mycoplasma samples between those positive groups.RESULTS Among 300 first-visit patients,219 were positive in their mycoplasma of urethral secretion samples(73.00%),219 patients were also positive in the mycoplasma of succus prostaticus samples(73.00%).Of 200 urethral secretion samples,the positive rate of mycoplasma accounted for 10.00%,20.00% of the prostatic fluid samples and 25.00% were mycoplasma positive.The positive rates of prostatic fluid and urine samples showed significant difference.There was no significant difference between prostatic fluid and semen samples.The missed diagnosis rates of mycoplasma isolated from semen,prostatic fluid and urine were 1.96%,21.57% and 60.78%,respectively,and there were significant differences among these three groups.The missed diagnosis rate for sperm positive was zero,and that of positive succus prostaticus and positive urethral secretion was 2.67%.CONCLUSIONS The coverage of sperm samples is extensive and mycoplasma sample culture should be of the first choice.更多还原
