基于复杂网络的灾害信息传播特征研究

【摘要】 运用复杂网络相关理论对灾害信息传播方式和特征进行分析;以台风"罗莎"灾害信息传播过程为例将灾害信息传播过程划分为4个阶段;构建了灾害信息传播网络,给出了灾害信息传播网络的形成、结构和统计性质。在此基础上总结了灾害信息传播网络节点的大规模性、网络连接的稀疏性、连接结构的复杂性、信息传播的时间复杂性、信息传播的变异性、信息传播引发衍生灾害可能性等6个方面的特征。

【Abstract】 The way and characteristics of disaster information transmission are analyzed based on the complex network theory.Taking the typhoon "Rosa" as an example,the process of disaster information transmission is divided into four stages.The disaster information transmission networks are constructed and the formation,structure and statistics nature of disaster information transmission network are presented.On this basis,six characteristics of disaster information transmission such as the large scale of nodes,sparseness of network connections,complexity of connecting structure,the time complexity of information propagation,variability of information spread and probability of derived calamities from the information propagation are summarized.
