【摘要】 目的探讨T管拔除致胆汁性腹膜炎的外科处理。方法分析1997～2007年间8例T管拔除致胆汁性腹膜炎的外科治疗资料。结果8例患者,手术治疗2例,死亡1例。非手术治疗6例,全部痊愈出院。结论重视对T管拔除致胆汁性腹膜炎的认识,正确进行外科处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To visit the surgical treatment for bile peritonitis after removal of T tubes. Methods The clinical data about 8 cases of bile peritonitis after removal of T tubes between 1995～2005 were analysed. Results Of 8 cases, two patients were undergone surgery, among which one died. And the other 6 patients were all cured after conservative treatment. Conclusion We should give weight to bile peritonitis after removal of T tubes,and it’s important to take proper treatment.更多还原
