【摘要】 目的研究肥大细胞与IgA肾病患者肾间质病变之间的关系。方法收集49例IgA肾病患者的临床资料和肾活检标本,采用免疫组织化学技术检测肥大细胞在IgA肾病患者肾组织中的表达,并分析其意义。结果正常肾组织中偶见或无肥大细胞的存在,而在IgA肾病患者肾组织中肥大细胞表达明显增强(肥大细胞检出阳性率为42.86%),并且随着肥大细胞的表达增多IgA肾病肾间质纤维化程度逐渐加重(χ2=9.1189,P<0.05);肥大细胞与临床指标的相关性:肥大细胞数量与血肌酐呈显著正相关(r=0.65,P<0.05),与尿蛋白定量无明显相关性(r=0.18,P>0.05)。结论肥大细胞可能是IgA肾病肾间质纤维化的重要参与者,与IgA肾病肾间质病变的发生发展可能具有一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the relation of mast cells and IgA nephropathy in patients with renal disease relations. Methods 49 cases of IgA nephropathy and clinical data of patients with renal biopsy specimens by immunohistochemical detection of mast cells in patients with IgA nephropathy kidney tissues, and analyzed its significance. Results The normal kidney tissue, or occasionally without the existence of of in patients with IgA nephropathy kidney tissue mast cells to express increased (mast cells detected positive rate of 42.86%),and with the increasing of mast cells in the expression of IgA kidney renal interstitial fibrosis gradually increased (χ2=9.1189, P<0.05); Mast cells and clinical indicators: the number of mast cells and serum creatinine was a significant positive correlation (r=0.65, P<0.05), and urinary protein had no significant correlation (r=0.18, P>0.05). Conclusion Mast cells may be the major participants of IgA nephropathy renal interstitial fibrosis and may be related to the development of IgA nephropathy.更多还原
