【摘要】 目的探讨在鼻内镜下鼻中隔手术中使用自制吸引剥离器,是否优于常规鼻中隔剥离器。方法将符合手术适应症的89例鼻中隔偏曲随机分为两组,51例使用自制吸引剥离器,38例使用常规剥离器,比较两组手术时间、术中出血及术后恢复情况。结果使用自制吸引剥离器组,手术时间、术中出血均少于常规剥离器组(P<0.05),术后通气改善亦优于常规剥离器组(P<0.05),且无并发症发生。结论在鼻内镜下鼻中隔手术中使用自制吸引剥离器,优于常规鼻中隔剥离器。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out if the use of self-made suction detacher in nasal septum operation under nasal endoscope is better than the routine detacher. Methods 89 cases with deviation of nasal septum needed surgeries were divided into two groups by random. 51 cases used self-made suction detacher in nasal septum operation and 38 cases used routine detacher. And then we compared the operation time, bleeding volume and the recovery after the operation of the two groups. Results The operation time of the group use of self-made suction detacher in nasal septum operation was shorter than the group used routine detacher(P<0.05); the bleeding volume of the group use self-made suction detacher in nasal septum operation was smaller than the group used routine detacher(P<0.05), and no complications was found in the group use of self-made suction detacher in nasal septum operation. Conclusion The use of self-made suction detacher in nasal septum operation under nasal endoscope is better than the routine detacher.更多还原
