【摘要】 目的对糖耐量降低(IGT)患者予以分析,探讨血脂代谢紊乱与C反应蛋白(CRP)的关系。方法选择2002年1月～2007年6月社区卫生服务中心IGT患者108例,与正常者112例进行对照,对两组间C反应蛋白(CRP)的值进行对比分析。探讨IGT患者甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-TC)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL)、体重指数(BMI)的值,找出以上数值异常时与CRP的关系。结果IGT组中CRP值增高,与对照组比较有显著性差异,与TG、LDL、BMI的增高呈正相关性,与HDL的降低呈正相关性。结论提示IGT时已存在相关炎症反应,此种炎症反应与血脂代谢紊乱有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the metabolic disturbance of lipid due to imparial glucosetolarance(IGT),and study the relationship between metabolic disturbance and C reaction protein(CRP). Methods Choosed 108 patients with IGT and 112 normal persons randomly for control from group 2000 to 2007 in Community Health Serivce Centre. And analysed the difference of CRP between two groups,Counted the value of triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-total cholesterol (LDL-TC),high density lipoprotein-total cholesterol (HDL-TC),Body-Mass Index(BMI),and to find out the relationship between them and CRP when they were abnormal. Results The value of CRP was higher in IGT group and it had significant difference with the control group. And CRP had positive correlation to increasing of TG,LDL,BMI and the decreasing of HDL. Conclusion The results suggests that IGT can create some correlational imflammatory reaction which has some relationship to the metabolic disturbance.更多还原
