【摘要】 目的建立血中丙酸倍氯米松含量测定HPLC方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS,125×4.0mm(安捷伦科技有限公司上海分公司),流动相为甲醇-水(74:26),检测波长为240nm。结果在浓度6.09～14.21μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均回收率为100.06%(RSD0.690%)。结论本法简单、可靠,可用于血中丙酸倍氯米松含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determining the content of beclomethasone dipropionate in blood by HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed on Hypersil ODS,125×4.0mm with methanol-water(74:26) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 240nm. Results The linear range of beclomethasone dipropionate was 6.09～14.21μg/ml(r=0.9998). The average recovery rate was 100.06% (RSD=0.690%). Conclusion This method is simple, reliable, which can be used for the content determination of beclomethasone dipropionate in blood.更多还原
