用灰色关联分析法研究海上油井腐蚀影响因素

【摘要】 根据两口油井的腐蚀监测数据,用灰色关联分析法研究了同一口井、不同监测时间的腐蚀速率及腐蚀影响因素,并结合腐蚀预测模型的预测结果和现场监测挂片的腐蚀监测结果,对油井腐蚀规律进行了初步探讨。造成所选两口油井腐蚀的主要因素分别是腐蚀电化学因素和流体动力学因素,这一分析结果与挂片的腐蚀监测结果相吻合。采用灰色关联分析法可较为有效地找出油井腐蚀的主要影响因素,将其与腐蚀预测模型(或软件)相结合可对较为复杂的腐蚀情况进行分析和判断。

【Abstract】 According to the corrosion coupon data of two wells,the corrosion rate and corrosion influence factors of a well at different time have been investigated with the Grey Correlation Analysis Method(GCAM),and the rule of corrosion of the wells has been analyzed with corrosion model and coupon.The corrosion electrochemistry and hydrodynamics are the main influence factors for the two wells.This result accords with corrosion profile of the coupons.It is indicated that GCAM can be used to study the main influence factors of sweet corrosion efficiently,and to analyze and judge more complex sweet corrosion when combined with corrosion predicting model or software.
