【Abstract】 A HPLC method was established for the determination of bleomycin A₂ and B₂.A C₁₈column was used with the mobile phase of potassium sulfate buffer solution-acetonitrile by gradient elution,at the detection wavelength of 254nm.The calibration curve of bleomycin A₂ and bleomycin B₂ were linear in the range of 0.05-2mg/ml. The average recoveries were 99.1% and 107.2%,with RSDs of 0.96% and 1.58%.更多还原
