【Abstract】 The square wave voltammetry was established for the determination of nifedipine tablets. A sensitive oxidization peak of nifedipine was obtained in 0.5mol/L TBAP buffer acetonitrile solution. The peak current had a good linearity with nifedipine concentration in the range of 1×10-7 - 2×10-4mol/L, with the detection limit of 1×10-7mol/L.更多还原
