【Abstract】 6-Methoxy-1,2,3,9-tetrahydro-4H-carbazol-4-one was synthesized from 4-methoxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride and 1,3-cyclohexanedione by acetic acid catalyzed condensation to give 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)hydrazonocyclohex-1-enol hydrochloride, followed by Fischer reaction with an overall yield of about 57%.更多还原
