气流进入角度对干粉吸入器药物解聚效果的影响
Effects of Air Inlet Angle in Dry Powder Inhaler on Drug Deaggregation
【摘要】 以硫酸沙丁胺醇粉雾剂为模型药物,通过体外试验比较3种不同类型干粉吸入器的分散效果。结果表明,具有载体截留功能的切向进气和非切向进气吸入器及无载体截留功能的切向进气吸入器在一级瓶和二级瓶的药物沉积率分别为8.1%、10.5%、49.0%和31.5%、34.1%、15.8%。
【Abstract】 The deaggregation effect of three kinds of dry powder inhalers with different air inlet angles was investigated using salbutamol sulphate as a model drug through the test in vitro. The results showed the ratios of drug deposition of tangential and non-tangential air inlet inhalers with carrier retention function and tangential air inlet inhaler without carrier retention function in the fi rst and second glass impinger were 8.1%, 10.5%, 49.0% and 31.5%, 34.1%, 15.8%, respectively.
