【摘要】 妇女歧视现象的依然存在,家庭暴力事件的层出不穷,招生就业歧视的屡见不鲜,下岗女工比例的高居不下,使得《妇女权益保障法》的修改成为社会瞩目的焦点。此次《妇女权益保障法》的修改,以"差别平等"理论为立法依据,以实现实质平等为最终归宿,从平等权、参政权、受教育权、劳动就业权、婚姻家庭权、经济权等方面丰富了男女平等权的内涵,从而完成了由应有人权到法定人权的转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modification of Law on Protection of Rights and Benefits of Women became social focus since female discrimination still exists,domestic violence frequently happens,enlistment and employment discrimination becomes common phenomenon,and the proportion of unemployed women is increasing.The modification is based on Disparity Equality Theory,aimed at realizing essence equality,colored gender equality connotation in aspects of equality,suffrage,employment,marriage and economic rights,and completes the transformation from proper human rights to lawful human rights.更多还原
