基于OpenGL的STEP-NC车削中心加工仿真系统
The STEP-NC Turning Machining Center Simulation System Based on OpenGL
【摘要】 为了能将STEP-NC应用到车削加工中心,开发了STEP-NC车削中心加工仿真系统。首先简要介绍了STEP-NC标准,然后对几个三维车削特征实体进行了扩充。详细叙述了车削仿真系统的工作原理,从仿真工具的选用、车削工件模型的建立和车削仿真时工件形状的实时更新等三个方面着重介绍了车削仿真系统的实现方法。最后,结合一个包含一般特征和扩充特征的实例进行了验证。实验结果表明,所提出的车削实体扩充方法是正确的,所开发的STEP-NC车削加工仿真系统是可行的。
【Abstract】 In order to apply STEP-NC technology to CNC turning center,a machining simulation system on STEP-NC turning center was developed.Firstly,the STEP-NC standard was briefly introduced.Then,several 3D turning features were extended.The principle of machining simulation system was presented in detail,and the implementation method was stated from three respects: the selection of simulation tool,the foundation of turning part model and the real-time modifying of part model while simulating.Finally,the system was verified through an example which included common features and extended features.As the result indicated,the method of entity extending is correct,and the STEP-NC machining simulation system developed is feasible.
