实现资源共享的网络化数控服务系统
A Service-oriented Networked Numerical Control System for Resource Sharing
【摘要】 指出目前数控系统存在结构复杂、功能重复和系统缺乏柔性等问题,认为面向服务和网络化的数控技术是未来发展的方向之一。提出一种网络化数控服务系统体系结构,系统由数控服务器、现场控制器、现场设备、数控全球服务总线和数控现场服务总线构成,能够提供即插即用的数控加工服务,通过联网能够构成数控服务网实现数控资源共享。在此基础上,研究了网络化数控服务系统的实现方法,包括采用基于嵌入式技术实现实时控制任务;采用基于组件技术实现数控服务系统的远程监控功能。网络化数控服务系统的最大特点是面向用户提供数控服务,实现了数控功能随客户加工需求的变化而变化,从而提高了数控系统的资源利用率。
【Abstract】 It is indicated that the numerical control(NC) system suffers from a number of problems,such as complication of structure,duplication of function,lack of flexibility and etc.Further service-oriented architecture is one of the future development directions of network numerical control.The architecture of service-oriented networked numerical control system is proposed.The structure of the system consists of numerical control server,field controller,field device,global service bus,field service bus and etc.The system can provide plug-and-play machining services and realize resource sharing via network.The implementation scheme for the service-oriented networked numerical control system is proposed,including an embedded technology for implementing real-time control function,a component technology for implementing remote monitoring function.The mostly distinguishing feature of the system is that it can simply the function of field device,realize the change of numerical control function with customer requirement and improve resource utilization.
