混流生产系统生产提前期的多目标优化分析
A Multi-Objective Lead Time Control Problem with Multi-Style of Products
【摘要】 研究了一类考虑多种类型订单达到的多服务台的排队系统,服务时间服从负指数分布,不同类型订单的服务率是不同的。利用该系统对单阶段的装配或加工过程进行建模,应用马尔可夫过程的状态空间方法和全概率分解技术,得到了生产系统在忙期情况下的订单的平均加工时间、平均等待时间和平均逗留时间。最后,提出了一个多目标优化的问题,提出订单在生产线上最短生产提前期和最小加工成本的优化方案,并通过实例分析证明了该模型的估计值是准确的。
【Abstract】 In this paper a new queueing system based on the arrivals of multi-style of orders for optimal design of single-stage assemblies is developed,in which the servers have many kinds of styles with different service rate to different orders.Service time of manufacturing and assembly operations are exponentially distributed.By using the total probability decomposition and Markov process method,the mean delaying time and the mean waiting time are obtained.Then,we develop a multi-objective optimal control problem,in which the average lead time,the total operating costs of the system per period are minimized using Goal Attainment Method.
