【摘要】 目的了解喉癌患者在全喉切除术后的内心体验和生存状况。方法访谈了9例全喉切除术后的喉癌患者,采用Berg归纳法对所获资料进行分析、整理。结果喉癌患者在全喉切除术后1年中的内心体验和生存状况归纳为4个主题。①丧失发音功能后,经历了否认、排斥、受挫、愤怒、无助、悲哀等心理变化;②患者的饮食习惯、生活细节及家庭生活方式发生了改变;③患者提早结束工作生涯、承受经济压力及面临着回归社会的难题;④健康知识缺乏及渴望支持。结论护士应深入了解全喉切除手术对患者心理状况和生存状态的巨大影响,加强对术后出院患者的随访和支持,以促进他们的身心康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the psychological and living experience of laryngeal cancer patients undergoing total laryn- gectomy.Methods Data were collected by qualitative interviews with 9 participants,and the content was analysed with Berg’s inductive approach.Results Four themes were identified:patients experienced a psychological process of denial,rejection, dep ression,anger,non-aid and grief after they lost their voice;patients′dieting,personal habits and their family daily life changed;patients quit their job,faced economic problems and felt diffcult to return to normal social life;patients lacked health knowledge and needed more support.Conclussions Nurses should understand the full impact of total laryngectomy on patients′psychological and living experience,enhance quality of pest-operative care and follow-up visit to promote patients′psychological and psychical well being.更多还原
