雾化液中加入纳洛酮和阿托品对重型颅脑损伤继发肺炎的影响
Nursing care of 61 patients with diabetes mellitus treated by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
【摘要】 目的探讨对重型颅脑损伤继发肺炎患者的更有效的雾化吸入方案。方法选取GCS3-8分颅脑损伤患者48例,在常规雾化吸入药液基础上加用纳洛酮、阿托品。结果多数患者呼吸道分泌物减少,吸痰次数减少,氧饱和度大于95%。结论在常规雾化吸入药液中加入纳洛酮、阿托品能有效减少呼吸道分泌物,解除气道痉挛,对降低重型颅脑损伤继发性肺炎有一定积极作用。
