新型高温复合隔热纸的制备与性能研究
Preparation and Property of the New High Temperature Heat Insulation Paper
【摘要】 采用湿法造纸工艺可以抄造出耐1000℃、且不含任何有机成分的特种隔热纸。该材料呈无规则多孔状结构,常温导热系数仅为0.028W/m·K。当热面温度为600℃、纸张厚度为0.3mm时,隔热冷热面温差达450℃。该隔热材料具有纸张特性,易于裁剪和包裹,有很高的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Development of flexible composites with low thermal-conductivity at high temperature is the important tendency of heat insulation materials.The special heat insulation paper without any organic compound and can be used at 1000℃has been manufactured by comentional papermaking process.The heat insulation paper has irregular porous structure,its thermal-conductivity is only 0.028W/m·k at normal temperature. This kind of heat insulation paper with thickness of 0.3mm can insulate 450℃when the hot side is 600℃.The material has the characteristics of the conventional paper and is easy to be cut and packed,the material has very high application potential.
