【Abstract】 In this paper, the quaternary ammonium type cationic polymers prepared by our lab was used as emulsifier to emulsify AKD wax, and also PAC was used to increase the charge of the emulsion. Factors affecting the preparation of the AKD emulsion such as emulsifying time, emulsifying temperature, stirring speed and dosage of emulsifiers were discussed. The results showed that the emulsifier prepared by our lab can improve the sizing effect of the AKD sizing agent, and decrease the curing time of the sized paper.更多还原
