菝葜的化学成分研究

【摘要】 目的:对百合科菝葜属植物菝葜Smilaxchina干燥的根茎进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶色谱法进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术(ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从菝葜的醋酸乙酯部分分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),黄杞苷(2),异黄杞苷(3),山柰酚(4),二氢山柰酚(5),二氢山柰酚-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),芦丁(7),山柰酚-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8),白藜芦醇(9),香草酸(10),3,5-二甲氧基-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基肉桂酸(11),β-谷甾醇(12),β-胡萝卜苷(13)。结论:化合物1,3,7,8,11为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物8,11为首次从该属中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Smilax china.Method:The constituents of the rhizomes of S.china were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.Result:Thirteen compounds were obtained and identified as kaemperol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),engeletin(2),isoengeletin(3),kaempferol(4),dihydrokaempferol(5),dihydrokaempferol-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),rutin(7),kaempferol-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),3,5,4′-trihydroxystibene(9),vanillic acid(10),3,5-dimethoxy-4-O-β-D-glucopyranosylcinnamic acid(11),β-sitosterol(12),and β-daucosterol(13),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1,3,7,8,and 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 8 and 11 were isolated from the genus Smilax for the first time.
