芙蓉菊化学成分研究
Studies on chemical constituents from whole plants of Crossostephium chinense
【摘要】 从菊科芙蓉菊属植物芙蓉菊的全草中分离得到5个三萜、1个甾醇、1个碱基和1个六元环醇,经谱学分析分别鉴定为:蒲公英赛醇乙酯(1),蒲公英赛醇(2),α-香树脂醇乙酯(3),β-香树脂醇乙酯(4),β-谷甾醇(5),3β-乙酰氧基-12-乌苏烯-11-酮(6),尿嘧啶(7)和5-O-甲基-myo-肌醇(8)。化合物3~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Eight compounds were isolated from the whole plants of Crossostephium chinense.Their structures were identified on the basis of analysis of spectral data.Eight compounds were taraxeryl acetate(1),taraxerol(2),α-amyrin acetate(3),β-amyrin acetate(4),β-sitosterol(5),3β-acetoxy-12-ursen-11-one(6),uracil(7) and 5-O-methyl-myo-inositol(8).Compounds 3-8 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
