【摘要】 目的:探讨中药枳术汤加味对外科手术患者肠黏膜屏障功能保护作用及临床意义。方法:将外科手术患者98例随机分为对照组(n=46)、中药组(n=52),分别检测两组病人术前1d、术后1、3、7d血浆二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸、C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度,进行统计学分析。结果:对照组血浆DAO、D-乳酸、CRP浓度术后1、3、7d明显升高,与术前1d比较P<0.01;中药组各项指标术后1、3d升高,术后7d恢复正常水平,DAO、D-乳酸均低于对照组P<0.01;CRP术后3、7d低于对照组P<0.01。结论:外科手术后机体处于应激状态,肠黏膜屏障受损,通透性增加,中药枳术汤加味对患者肠黏膜屏障有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the protective effect and clinic significance of modified Zhizhu(枳术) decoction on intestinal mucosal barrier after major surgical intervention. Methods All 98 patients who underwent radical resection operations were divided randomly into control group(46) and treatment group(52). Modified traditional Chinese medicine Zhizhu decoction was given per os preoperatively and through jejunal nutrition intubation or retention enema postoperatively in the treatment group. The diamine oxidase concentration(DAO), D-lactate concentration, and C reactive protein concentration(CRP) were detected respectively on 1d before operation and 1d,3d,7d after operation. The data were statistically analyzed. Results In the control group the DAO and D-lactate concentration and CRP were significantly elevated on 1d,3d,7d after operation. In the treatment group they were raised on 1d,3d after operation and recovered to normal on 7d after operation. Contrast to the control group, in the treatment group the diamine oxidase concentration, D-lactate concentration on 1d, 3d, 7d after operation and the C reactive protein concentration on 3d, 7d after operation were significantly decreased(P<0.01). Conclusion The human body undergoing major surgical intervention was in stress state with marked functional changes of the intestinal mucosal barrier. The Modified Zhizhu decoction may have some protective effect on the intestinal mucosal barrier.更多还原
