【摘要】 目的:探讨肢体大面积皮肤撕脱伤的治疗方法。方法:将撕脱皮肤制成去脂薄型全厚皮片后回植,对坏死部分行中药生肌膏换药,治疗肢体大面积皮肤撕脱伤20例。结果:14例回植皮片全部I期成活,4例90%I期成活,2例80%I期成活。随访6个月~3年,回植皮片外形、弹性、感觉恢复满意。结论:去脂薄型全厚皮片回植及辅以中药生肌膏换药是治疗肢体大面积皮肤撕脱伤的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study thc management of severe massive avulsion injuries of limbs. Methods Defatting full thickness skin laminae replantation was operated, and the necrosis skin graft was changed dressings with the traditional Chinese mcdicine, Sheng-Ji(生肌) ointment in 20 cases. Results All of regrafting skin in 14 cascs were primarily healed. 90% was healed by first intention in 4 cases, 80% was healed by first intention in 2 cases. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years. The profile and elasticity feeling of regrafting skin recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion Regrafting defatting full thickness skin laminae is an effective treatment for severe massive avulsion injuries in limbs.更多还原
