【摘要】 目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理和免疫组化特征。方法:观察40例间质瘤的病理形态特征,并用免疫组化S-P法检测CD117与CD34的表达情况。结果:镜下梭形细胞为主型30例(75%),上皮样细胞为主型8例(20%),混合细胞型2例(5%)。免疫组化显示CD117与CD34的阳性率分别为90%和83%,其表达率与肿瘤大小、核分裂数及组织学类型无关。结论:联合检测CD117与CD34可以提高间质瘤的诊断准确率,但不能判断良恶性程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the climicopathologic and immunohistochemical features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs).Methods The clinicopathologic features were studied,and the expression of CD117 and CD34 was detected with immunohistochemical S-P staining in 40 cases of GISTs.Results Microscopically;30 cases were of spindle cell type,8 cases were of epithelioid cell type and 2 cases were of mixture type.Immunohistochemicaly,the positive rates of CD117 and CD34 were 90% and 83%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the expression of CD117 and CD34 among the group of different tumor size,mitotic counts and histologic patterns(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of CD117 and CD34 immunohistochemical staining is necessary for the diagnosis of GISTs,however,the immunophenotype is not a predictor for the degree of malignancy.更多还原
