白光LED用钨、钼酸盐红色荧光粉的研究进展
Progress of the Research on Tungstate and Molybdate Red Phosphor for White-LED
【摘要】 钨、钼酸盐红色荧光粉的激发光谱与现有紫外光、蓝光LED芯片的发射光谱非常吻合,可以被现有的LED芯片有效激发。发射色纯度较高的红光,对白光LED的发展非常重要,将成为今后白光LED用红色荧光粉的研究重点。
【Abstract】 The excitation spectra of tungstate and molybdate red emitting phosphors excitated by Eu3+ is similar to the emitting spectra of ultraviolet and blue light emitting diode(LED).This phosphor can be effectively excited by ultraviolet (394nm) and blue(464nm) light,and exhibits a satisfactory red performance,nicely fitting with the widely applied ultraviolet or blue LED chips.It is very important for the development of white LED,and become the emphasis of research to red emitting phosphor used on white LED.
